October was a month of spirituality as it say OCTO means eight and 8 is a symbol of infinity or never ending cycles, October was the month of Yoga Show at Olympia. The Yoga show was all about the union with Body Mind and Spirit through different yoga modalities. It was very interesting to see how the world is changing into more spirituality.  A lot of Spiritual oriented people gathered from all over the world for the week end spiritual celebration.

Kate Osborne (nutritionist) was invited by the Barbican library to deliver a talk about Chronic fatigue Syndrome, it was very successful and will be holding another talk about nutrition.

We have a new therapist Jonathan Weston (Jonny) joined on board. Jonny is doing Reiki treatments and he is having a very good healing hands. Jonathan Weston is a qualified Reiki healer with first-hand experience of the transformative potential of this alternative therapy. Reiki can help you maintain a healthy body and mind and can be used in conjunction with medical drugs and other therapies. James Brock organised a talk about Tao project, its all about the Human Evolution going forward into future. Title was "Psychology and Philosophy of modern human evolution". AKASHA film was very interesting. Bob proctor was explaining about how to make life so enthusiastic and successful. This documentary film is made in 3 episode. We will be screening the 2nd episode this month on Friday 26th November 6.30 Pm. please feel invited.
