Dear Friends,

May was a month of excitements, we were invited by the city of London to take part in the ''young at heart'' event in the Guild hall. It was a great opportunity for us, we are happy that we are in the radar of the city of London for the health and wellbeing activities. This month we are organising more events in three different corporate.

The talk about  Mexican healing by Curanderas from Mexico was really an eye opener it gave us an idea about the traditional healing methods. The talk was all about the special herbs, oils and the method which was kept as a secret for decades. The main ingredients of Mexican healing is love and care towards each other and to the nature which makes the healing powerful and easy.

Talk by Kate Osborne (nutritional therapist) was about  ‘HOW TO MAINTAIN GOOD ENERGY LEVELS’
She gave a lot of advices and tips for maintaining good energy level all day long and how the food that we eat is affecting our energy levels, how by making changes in our diet can help increase mood, vibrancy, concentration and energy levels. The talk was really very informative.

This month also we have some special events. Reiki Grand master Parag Pattani from Singapore is doing a talk and demonstration about Reiki healing on 2nd June at 7.30 Pm. Holistic day at SALON is on June 3rd Thursday 3 Pm till 8.15 Pm. We are organising a open day in City Powertone studios, 6th floor Templeton house, 33-34 chiswell street London EC1Y 4SF on 17th June 10Am till 6Pm. We invite you to come along to have a free powerplate session and lots of free treatments and tasters from the feelgood centre.
