December gave a lot of snow to play around, children were very excited to see the snow covered trees, houses and roads, even though snow gave a lot of hardship to everyone but it gave an opportunity to make us a little happy that global warming didn't took away all the possibility of snowing. More over we got a chance to experience the extreme climatic condition and to realise how hard people are surviving in the extreme climate.

Our Christmas event was a big success, we were able to offer free Onsite Massage, Shiatsu Massage, Migun Thermal Massage, Energy Healing, Reflexology, Reiki, EFT and Lucky Draw worth £1000 gift vouchers for Treatments, Dinning, Dancing, Hair dressing, Flowers etc.

Margarita Coleman has joined our clinic. She is a Numerologist and has been studying Numerology for 15 years, mainly with the Connaissance School of Numerology in Royston, Herts, where she gained a teaching qualification in 2009. She has also worked as Secretary of AIN, the International Association of Numerologists from 1998-2002.

Numerology helps people to discover their purpose and potential in life and helps them to realise it.
It is both fascinating and powerful and it can change people’s lives. Numerology is also a personal development tool which teaches self responsibility. It offers a path to self awareness, the possibility of transformation and change and a rise in consciousness.

I first became interested in this work when I came across the Psychoanalytic work of Sigmund Freud. This inspired me to study for a Psychology degree in 1994 at London Guildhall University. It was during my time there that I became interested in the biological basis of behaviour and how our brain affects the way we feel and how we see the world around us. From there I went on to do an MSc in Neuroscience at Kings College in London. Throughout this whole time I was also working for a large charity, with clients with mental health and substance misuse issues. It was something that I really enjoyed doing and felt naturally drawn to but was also vaguely aware of something missing in terms of therapeutic interventions available to our clients. I continued my studies in science and went on the complete an MPhil at Queen Mary College in collaboration with University College London and then returned to full time work, working with the same client group. Feeling quite invigorated by my work and constantly looking for more effective ways of working in this field, I went back to undertake more study and completed a diploma in Hypnotherapy and Integrative Psychotherapy at Birbeck College in London and also undertook professional Life Coaching training. I feel that my understanding around human suffering and issues is steadily growing and that I am becoming more effective in helping clients through their struggles with life. I am convinced that there exists a positive alternative to pain, suffering and dissatisfaction and I am committed to helping people to overcome this. I am currently studying for my DPsych in Existential Psychotherapy at the New School in London.

I am also a qualified yoga teacher (BSY Adv Dip) and a dedicated yoga practitioner. I have been practising yoga and meditation now for the past ten years and have an active interest in how these disciplines can feed into and enrich our work with clients.

I have developed a weight loss program based on all my years of study and experience. The program draws on diverse fields and utilises techniques from hypnotherapy, regression analysis, psychotherapy and NLP.
