My name is Eva Torres and I am originally from Spain. My experience in the field of alternative therapies started at a difficult moment in my life, I discovered Reiki. Wow! After my first workshop my vision of life change radically. A lot of changes followed that event. After that, I started a journey that took me through different courses, therapies and countries. I have worked in different Holistic Centres, as a therapist and organizing courses, since I became a Reiki Master, I also run Reiki courses.
My training includes courses in Reiki, Holistic Massage, Swedish Massage, On-site Massage, Sport Massage, Bach Flowers, EFT, Chi Kung and different energy therapies both in Spain and in London.

Recently, I have joined the Feelgood Centre where I am offering Reiki sessions and Swedish massage.

Reiki is a safe energy healing system of Japanese origin. During a Reiki session, the practitioner places their hands on the clients body and channel energy in order to dissolve blockages in their body energy, restoring the lost balance and harmonizing the body, mind and spirit. Reiki can improve your health, provide relaxation and help you to recover your natural happiness and balanced state.

Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and stimulate the blood flow. The pressure the therapist applies during Swedish massage can vary from light to firm, and can be adjusted to the client's needs. Swedish massage usually includes some deeper work on areas of specific muscle tension such as back and shoulders.
